The seller wrote me the most beautiful note knowing that I was going to be using this item to help memorialize my mom who recently passed away. I'm making this for my dad and giving it to him for Christmas. She took so much time to carefully pack everything which I'm sure was very time consuming. This memory box was in great shape! It was beautiful and wrapped with saran wrap, paper, and lots of bubble wrap galore! It came very fast and I couldn't be happier! Very responsible seller!! Thanks so much!!!
